Whatever the case may be, the occasional one on one with your coach can give you that little extra push to shift you to the next level in your training.
All Personal Training sessions are tailored to meet the need of each individual. Sometimes it’s a 1/2 hour talkfest, other times we drill a particular movement until we have it perfected. There are times when it is a mobility session and still other times it’s the most intense workout of the week. How we spend that time is completely up to you, your needs and objectives.
