CrossFit for Mums
Mums who train at TENACITY WORX in our specially designed Mums & Bubs classes will get to use all the same toys and do all the same things that we do in our regular CrossFit Classes.
Having said that, there are 3 major differences:
1. Intensity
Our Mums & Bubs class serves as the perfect introduction to strength & conditioning as it is deliberately programmed to be less intense than the other classes. New mums especially need to be careful when it comes to re-introducing an intense exercise programme into their lives. Don’t be fooled though, as you gain strength and confidence, the programme is still flexible enough to keep pushing you from strength to strength!
2. Ladies only
As the name suggests, Mums & Bubs is for ladies only! The only man about the place is your coach, and his job is to be making sure you are working to the level that you need to be at, whilst ensuring you are moving correctly and safely.
3. Kids welcome!
Mum, you don’t need to feel selfish about taking time out to work on your own good health and fitness. Your children will be supervised close by so that you will be able to focus your attention on getting the workout done. While they are playing, they will also be watching and learning from your fine example that bodily exercise is profitable!

Casual – $25 per class
2 Classes – $35 per week (via Direct Debit)
Unlimited Classes – $50 per week (via Direct Debit)
