CROSSFIT CLASSES

Our CrossFit Classes involve elements of weight lifting, cardio (or conditioning), gymnastic skills, and mobility and flexibility training. Our favourite toys are barbells, kettlebells, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, plyometric boxes & gymnastic rings, not to mention the famous rowing machines and air dyne bikes…come to think of it, we love it all….even the medicine balls!! Every class is different… we get bored with the same old, so we like to keep it varied, and we think you will too. Check back often as we update our timetable to add new classes.

MUMS & BUBS CROSSFIT CLASSES

*Free Childminding Available!

Our Mums & Bubs class is specifically designed for mums who want to get moving again. This is a small group session for ladies only that incorporates all that we do in our other CrossFit Classes.
While you are busy getting your sweat on, your little one will be well taken care of by a mum who knows what it’s like to try and train and watch kids at the same time. You won’t need to be doing that, so you’ll free to focus all your energy on the session.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your one on one personal training session with your coach is where you will learn and perfect all the lifts and movements that we love in our CrossFit classes.

Knowing your coach is working with only you in your one on one Personal Training session will give you the confidence you need in all the disciplines we include in our classes.  Greater confidence means you push yourself faster toward your goals.
